Skid Row Housing Trust Annual Event Provides Funding to
Address Homeless Crisis in Los Angeles
Calabasas, CA, September 12, 2022: Forbix, a direct lender and real estate investment firm, announced their sponsorship of the Skid Row Housing Trust’s annual Building Hope Gala that raises awareness and funding to remedy the homeless crisis in Los Angeles. In addition to sponsorship, Forbix principals Emil Khodorkovsky and Max Kolomeyer are also on the board of directors for Skid Row Housing Trust (SRHT).
“For over thirty years, SRHT has had a profound impact on the homeless crisis facing Los Angeles,” commented Khodorkovsky. “The annual event is just icing on the cake. The day-to-day work they do has positively impacted thousands of lives and it’s an honor to be part of it.”
“We’re very proud to be actively involved in such a worthy cause,” added Kolomeyer. “The annual event is not only a celebration of SRHT’s efforts but a reminder that solutions to homelessness truly exist.”
