DESCRIPTION

The Inglewood project sits in a quiet neighborhood near the Rams Stadium, with spectacular views of the stadium and the city. The project is a redevelopment of an existing office building into a mixed-use project with 65 residential apartment units as well as retail.  The project was acquired in late 2019 and received entitlements in August of 2020.  Construction has commenced at the property with an intended completion date in the first quarter of 2022.
