The project consists of 342-unit C class apartments in Atlanta, Georgia. The project was a joint venture with an existing owner who needed capital to reposition the property which at the time of acquisition was only 55% occupied. Forbix secured a bridge loan for the property, as well as a preferred equity investment in the project. The investment took place in 2016 and the exit plan for the project is proposed to be in 2018.
