Forbix offers residential construction loans for owner occupied as well as investors. We have a vast array of experience in both lending and building homes. Forbix can provide much needed insight to our customers about cost overruns, insurance requirements, and construction risk during and after construction.

OWNER OCCUPIED CONSTRUCTION

Borrowers looking to build their dream home can qualify for construction and permanent financing. Rates can be locked up 12 months out and loan products range from 5 year fixed to 30 year fixed loans.

SPEC CONSTRUCTION

Forbix offers construction financing for experienced borrowers for Single Family, Condominiums and Multi-Family properties . Experienced developers only. Loans range from $1M – $50M and can be fixed or variable, depending on product type. Loan to Cost can generally go to 80%, however for higher end homes will be limited to a maximum of 70% Loan to Cost.
